The
Historic Hawaii Yacht Club, formerly the Honolulu Yacht Club, the Cruising Club
of Hawaii, and the Ala Moana Motorboat Club. established in 1901, is among the
oldest and most prestigious private clubs in Hawaii. The Hawaii Yacht Club clubhouse,
located in the Ala Wai Harbor, on the island of Oahu, is, like Oahu, a true "Gathering
Place."
